Emily Odoi Biography
Emily is a product management and business leader, with over 18 years in the telecoms and IT industry of which 12 years has focused on developing and supporting products and services for businesses all around the world. She is passionate about taking business ideas from concept into a real, tangible service for clients, and further improving it from there. She leads a team of product managers and plays a key role in the forming and executing the strategy for British Telecom‘s voice, contact centre and collaboration services for businesses, in the UK and globally.
She is a problem solver at heart and loves helping people realise their ambitions. She mentors with charities like the Aleto Foundation which provides leadership skills for young people, and the Digital Boost programme which provides advice and support for small business owners.
She has a BSc in Software Engineering and a MSc in Business System Analysis and Design; and is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at Quantic School of Business and Technology.
Emily is a member of the Super Working Mum Academy Plus, where she facilitates sessions on their Digital Transformation Academy and contributes to several other programmes. She is married with two daughters, and enjoys taking long walks with her husband. In Oct 2022, she took on the challenge of running the London Marathon and raised £2400 for a local charity.
