With an illustrious career spanning nearly two decades, she has made significant contributions to academia, research, and outreach in the realms of trade union education, gender and rural women’s livelihoods, and agricultural value chain dynamics. She also serves as an Associate Professor and holds the esteemed position of Dean at the School for Development Studies, University of Cape Coast, Ghana.
